Starfighter Decals 1/72 Curtiss SOC-1,2,3 E Z Rigging
By Matt Bittner
Even though it's an older kit, the Hasegawa 1/72 SOC-3 is still a very nice kit. While it includes a rudimentary cockpit, there are alternatives out there for people looking to add detail. To go along with these other enhancements, Starfighter Decals has released this set of photoetch E Z Rigging.
Included in this set are not only flat (yes, flat, as US rigging at this era of time was flat) main, rigging "wires", but also includes pre-measured 'X' rigging to go between various struts, rigging to go between the floats (if building the kit in float-configuration), along with 100 lb bomb racks that need to be folded, radio array wires and "elevator hinges".

It's important to note that while the rigging could fit directly snipped from the fret, it's always a good idea to actually do trial-fits before committing to glue.
So along with all the other aftermarket items that exist for the venerable Hasegawa 1/72 SOC-3, there now exists a set of rigging for final finishing.
I definitely thank Starfighter Decals for sending this set to review.
