By Matt Bittner
If you're looking for some colorful examples of Royal Navy aircraft, then you'll want to pick up this set of decals from Model Alliance. The colors are tremendous, which really is not surprising given the decals are printed by The Fantasy Printshop. Registration is spot on and there are decals for the following aircraft:- Hawker Seahawk F.B.Mk.3, WM999 of "The Red Devils", 738 Naval Air Squadron, Royal Navy, RNAS Lossiemouth, 1957, strikingly finished in overall red
- Hawker Seahawk F.Mk.1, WF182, "101/0" of 898 Naval Air Squadron, RNAS Brawdy, 1953-54, Extra Dark Sea Grey on top and Sky on the bottom
- Supermarine Scimitar F.Mk.1, XD219, "617" of 736 Naval Air Squadron, RNAS Lossiemouth, SBAC Show, Farnborough, September 1962 finished with Extra Dark Sea Grey on top and Identification White on the bottom

- Aerospatiale Gazelle HT.Mk.2, XX397, "43" of "The Sharks", 705 Naval Air Squadron, RNAS Culdrose, 1977 colored in primarily Fluorescent Red-Orange with Light Aircraft Grey and Black
- Supermarine Scimitar F.Mk.1, XD248, "195" of 807 Naval Air Squadron, HMS Ark Royal, SBAC Show, Farnborough 1959 which had Extra Dark Sea Grey on the top and Identification White on the bottom
- Blackburn Buccaneer S.Mk.2, XV344, "325" of "Phoenix Five", 809 Naval Air Squadron, RNAS Lossiemouth 1968 finished in overall Extra Dark Sea Grey
- de Havilland Sea Vixen FAW.Mk.2, XN687, "307/VL" of "Simons Sircus", 892 Naval Air Squadron, RNAS Yeovilton 1968 painted using Extra Dark Sea Grey on top and Identification White on the undersides. This aircraft has an extra addendum sheet added for updates.
Overall an excellent set of decals, especially if you're looking for different schemes for the above aircraft. I would definitely like to thank The Aviation Workshop for sending these to use to review.
