Eduard Aftermarket
By Matt Bittner
The latest 1/32 WWI Stitching (32229) from Eduard appears to be for the Nieuport 17.
The Eduard photoetch ladder (72496), for the Trumpeter 1/72 Lightning, couldn't be easier. A fold here, a fold there, combine a couple of parts and badda-bing, badda-boom! One Lightning ladder, ready to be placed next to your completed Trumpeter Lightning.
The Eduard masks for the Hobby Boss MiG-15UTI (CX241) are not only for the clear piece, but also for the wheels. The same is true with the Su- 15UM masks (CX242). It's still my opinion that the masks are probably the most worthwhile piece of aftermarket released for modeling. Even if you decide to build a model out-of-the-box, the masks can help with the final modeling outcome.
So, if you're in the market for 1/32 stitching, for a ladder for the Trumpeter 1/72 Lightning, or for masks for the Hobby Boss 1/72 MiG-15UTI or Trumpeter 1/72 Su-15UM, then look no further than Eduard.
My thanks to Eduard for the review samples.
