Eduard 1/72 Ki-84 Hayate Photo Etch

Eduard has just introduced a new photo-etch set (Item 73771) for Arma Hobby's new Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate kit.
The set consists of 64 pieces, some of them pre-painted, on a single fret. The upgrades include a new instrument panel, seat, landing gear doors, seat harness, etc. Other enhancements include a seat harness, rudder pedals, throttle quadrant and lower instrument panel face. "But wait, there's more!" You also get oleo scissors, tailwheel landing gear doors, oil cooler screen, etc.
Arma Hobby's new Ki-84 Hayate eclipses the older kit from Hasegawa as well as RS Models' limited run Hayate. It is state of the art, accurate and well detailed right from the box. Eduard's new PE set ups the detail significantly in the cockpit and the airframe. I recommend this set and would like to thank Eduard for the review sample.
