Eduard 1/144 MiG-21bis Photoetch

Overview
This is not a re-release of their previous photoetch set for their 1/144 MiG-21bis. Instead, Eduard has completely re-done the fret, adding and subtracting parts as needed.
The Photoetch
Naturally there are parts for the cockpit, but this time Eduard has done away with the decals from the first release and has pre-painted some of their cockpit pieces. The rest will need to be painted. For the cockpit you receive additions to the instrument panel, once you file it flat. There is also a new head's-up-display to add on top, and additonal pieces for the side consoles/cockpit sides. For the seat are new "cushions" with belts as well as an ejection handle.

This set contains multiple parts to build up the exhaust can, as well as multiple pieces to add inside all landing gear wells and landing gear along with replacement landing gear doors. There are a few external antennas with the set and the strakes for the front of the fuselage, right behind the nose gear.
You receive new pieces to add to the weapon pylons and new strakes for the top of the wings. There are parts to add to the canopy and new ends for the missiles. Lastly, there's a nicely-done cockpit ladder if you want to display your canopy open.
Conclusion
So, lots of great detail to add to the superlative, best-in-scale 1/144 MiG-21bis.
