DRAW Decals 1/144 & 1/200 Aeromar Boeing 737 & 767 | | The Aeromar livery is one of the more interesting liveries out there, as it seems that the pattern changes for every aircraft type. Draw Decal now has two aircraft available, the 737-200 and the 767-200. The striking red and blue colors are very well printed by the ALPS printer and each sheet includes a set of window decals and a bit of stenciling. A close look reveals that there are subtle differences in the tail logo, as well as the fuselage cheatline. The 737 features a thin red line beneath the blue, while the 767 has equal thickness stripes. A quick search on airliners.net shows that this is definitely the case, and also reveals a Boeing 757 with yet a third style of cheatline. Looks like this airline could not quite make up their mind.
The
decals are well printed and like other ALPS decals, they come on a solid
film decal sheet, so some careful cutting will be needed. Overall, though,
these are a welcome addition to the growing line of South and Central
American airline decal sheets. Here's hoping that Tim Bradley, the artist,
continues the line and does the 757 and 747!
