CEC32115 FA-18C Super Detailed Cockpit (Late Version) -

MSRP: $31.99 USD If you aren't already gobsmacked by the new Academy 1/32 FA-18C Hornet kit, this detail set will push you over the top. The trade-off that Academy made in crafting their kit was to create a two-seat cockpit tub for future versions and then blank off the rear area. With this set, you will be able to enhance the model to represent a late-model FA-18C with the screened, but visible avionics bay aft of the ejection seat. The instrument panel is cast in clear resin in order for you to make use of the instrument decals included in the kit AND use the acetate instrument faces for the back-up instruments. The set also includes a set of Black Magic masks to help with painting the instrument panel. So you want to build an early FA-18C? Stay tuned, Cutting Edge will be releasing an early FA-18C cockpit (to go with the optional external details in the kit) and even an FA-18A cockpit as well.
CEC48039 A-26A (B-26K) Nimrod Conversion Now here is an impressive detail set! Designed for the Monogram glass-nosed A-26C Invader kit, this set converts the kit into the Vietnam era B-26K. On-Mark converted a number of A-26s into the A-26K version with wingtip fuel tanks, eight external hard points, enlarged tail, and souped up engines that turned cut-down DC-6 propellers! All of these details are included in this kit with nicely illustrated instructions to step you through the conversion.
 
CEC48418 F-8D/E/E(FN) Super Detailed Cockpit To offset the spartan Hasegawa cockpit, Cutting Edge has released this nice replacement cockpit set complete with new tub, detailed ejection seat, and instrument panel w/acetate instrument faces.
 
CEC48419 F-8A/B/C/D/K/L Conversion Set If building another F-8E Crusader is not your thing, Cutting Edge has released this replacement nose set to provide the unique profile of the early Crusaders, including the dorsal overwing fairing.
 
CEC48434 F-8 Speedbrakes Detailing Set (All Variants) Another great enhancement to the Hasegawa kit is a new speedbrake well and speedbrake pedals. This set will enhance the look of your perched Crusader with the compulsory drooped speedbrakes. Also included are a pair of rocket exhaust deflectors that shielded the interior of the speedbrake well on the early Crusaders.

Also incuded are some optional antenna 'bumps' that will help you replicate a particular aircraft configuration.
