This latest title from HT Model provides probably the most detailed look at Slovakian Hinds out there. But it shouldn't be considered just a reference on one country's Mi-24s, though, as the photos included provide detail shots that will be useful to anyone building a Hind model. Well over 200 photos cover the outside and inside of the Hind helicopter, all in color. Several pages cover the cockpit, with the cabin interior getting similar treatment. For those who want to open panels and expose engines, there are dozens of photos showing how the engines fit into the fuselage, as well as all the plumbing associated with them.

If colors and markings are more your thing, this book provides these as well. Several pages provide color photos of the many different camouflage patterns and colors worn by Slovakian Hinds, while nearly three dozen color profiles offer a detailed look at many of these. In addition to these there are a couple pages showing what kind of stencilling is on these Hinds, as well as a set of scale drawings of the Mi-24V. The book is entirely in Slovakian, though, so if you're looking for an interesting read you'd better have that language under your belt.

The quality of printing is excellent and the photos throughout are large enough to glean ample detail from for detailing a model. HT Model should be commended for putting together a great reference on this impressive helicopter.
