FCM Decal Releases

Brazilian DC-3s, Set 72-01c
This first set provides the colors and markings for two different DC-3 airliners. Based on either the ESCI or Italeri DC-3 kit, these decals will mark two complete aircraft. The first example is DC-3 PP-VBO of Varig Airlines sporting a white over natural metal paint scheme, and a wide blue stripe (provided as decals) separating the two colors. The second machine is DC-3 PP-AVJ of Aerovias Brasil (Brazil Airways). This color scheme is comprised of a variety of red stripes and markings over natural metal. All of the stripes and markings are provided as decals.
Brazilian L1049H Super Constellation, Set 72-02c
This next sheet is twice the size of the set above, yet only covers one aircraft. This is a Lockheed L1049H Super Constellation PP-YSC of Voe Pela Real Aerovias. Targetedfor the Heller L-1049G kit, the instructions provide details on converting the aircraft to the Real Aerovias L1049H configuration (which involves moving some port side doors and some windows. The paint scheme is a very attractive white over silver scheme, with broad green stripes (all decals) and colorful markings all over the airframe. The only green areas not provided as decals are the nacelle colors, though the 'cheat line' striping is included.
Airliner Windows and Doors, Set 144-W1
This last sheet comes as a pleasant surprise as the one area that is not well covered are generic sheets of windows and doors, providing the modeler with the necessary ingredients to tackle other paint schemes not currently supported with decals. This sheet provides windows, doors and some stenciling for:
