Hasegawa Report

Hasegawa was represented again by its North American distributor, Marco Polo Import. Hasegawa's 2001 release schedule was not available for the show, though as with the last few years, the emphasis will remain with limited re-issues of certain kits with revised markings and/or parts.

Two of the forthcoming kits were not news, the re-tooled 1/48 F4U-5N Corsair and the new-production 1/48 A-4E/F Skyhawk. A test shot of some of the Skyhawk parts were on display at the show.

The other kits that were displayed as test shots from Hasegawa were the 1/48 B5N2 Kate, 1/200 A320 and 1/200 A321 Airbuses.
