Eduard 1/72 FW190A-8/R2 Weekend Zoom PE

This photo-etch set is for Eduard's own 1/72nd scale Focke-Wulf FW190A-8/R2 Weekend kit. It consists of 25 parts on a single fret. Some of the parts (instrument panel and seat harness) are pre-painted. Other enhancements include cockpit armor, rudder pedals, landing gear oleo scissors, and landing gear retention locks. The detail on all of the parts is excellent. The instructions follow Eduard's customary format. They're well illustrated and easy to follow.
This is a useful set. Eduard's FW190A-8/R2 kit is accurate and this set adds detail where it is most visible and needed. 1/72nd scale instrument panels can be quite a challenge to paint so using a PE panel is a no brainer. I recommend this set and I would like to thank Eduard for the review sample.
