Eduard 1/48 Spitfire Mk.II Stencils

These stencils are designed for Eduard's new Spitfire Mk.II kit, but many of the stencils are generic and are suitable for most Spitfire variants. It consists of a single set of air frame stencils. It includes a pair of wing walk markings. You also get 8 fabric patches for the machine gun ports, propeller stencils, 2 types of stencil for the cockpit access door, etc.
The decals are up to Eduard's customary standards: they are superbly printed with crisp, bright colors in perfect registration. The instructions are top notch and include an application guide.
Stencils can seem like an afterthought in some kits. They are poorly printed in some instances and non-existent in others. You may have to source them from the aftermarket. Eduard comes to the rescue with this great set of Spitfire stencils. I recommend these decals and I would like to thank Eduard for the review sample.
