Eduard 1/48 MiG-21bis Weekend ZOOM

This ZOOM set is intended for Eduard's recent MiG-21bis kit. It's a simple set, consisting of 28 pieces, many of them pre-painted, on a single fret. It includes a new instrument panel, sidewall consoles, seat harness, throttle quadrant, oleo scissors, etc. Some of the pre-painted parts (the sidewall consoles and instrument panel) are painted Eduard's interpretation of Russian Cockpit Blue and it might be difficult to find a match in your preferred paints. It would be difficult to match the detail of the sidewall consoles with a resin cockpit. The PE will be easy to use by following Eduard's instructions. They are well illustrated and they have a logical build sequence
This is a useful set. Eduard's MiG-15bis is highly detailed right out of the box in the Weekend Edition. The ZOOM set is a simple upgrade to enhance the cockpit and add some useful detail to the air frame. I recommend this set and I would like to thank Eduard for the review sample.
