Eduard 1/48 Bf109E Weekend Photoetch

This new photo-etch set (item number 49 651) is for Eduard's Weekend Bf109E kits. It consists of 37 pieces, approximately half of which are prepainted, on a single non-adhesive fret. This is a surprisingly comprehensive set for such a small one. It contains items such as a new instrument panel, rudder pedals, seatbelts, and oil cooler and wing radiator faces. You also get the fin antenna mount, canopy retention spring, landing gear retraction chain, etc.
Eduard's new Bf109E kits are widely regarded as the most accurate Emils on the market. They are well detailed right out of the box. The combination of a Weekend kit and this set is a great solution if you want a quick build without using one of their more comprehensive p/e sets or the ambitious Brassin cockpit. I recommend this photo-etch set and I would like to thank Eduard for providing the revew sample.
