Brengun 1/72 Brengun Bachem Ba 329a Natter Masks
By Matt Bittner
I know I sound like a broken record but I consider aftermarket masks a necessity when finishing a model. Of course you can use your own masking material if you're willing to take the time but when aftermarket masks were first released there was skepticism. Not anymore, more modelers I know are embracing the use of already-created masks for one main reason: to cut down on the time it takes to finish a model. Plus, now that the majority of them are released using "yellow tape" there is less risk of them lifting up during painting and/or leaving residue behind.
This time the masks released are for the Brengun 1/72 Bachem Ba 349a Natter. While the canopy is small and with mostly right angles it is an easier one to mask on your own this set will save some time. So for that reason alone I recommend them.
I definitely thank Brengun for sending this set in to review.
