APC Decals 1/72 K-65 Čáp Robert Kellners
By Matt Bittner
Overview
Taken from the instructions:
"Robert Kellners was a well-known acrobat who had performed before the Second World War on a trapeze suspended under the plane. He continued his appearances after the end of WWII. In 1947, the Bouglion brothers invited Robert Kellners to France to help promote their circus summer tour on the centenary anniversary. Kellners showed his acrobatics over every town where the circus built his big top. Kellners performed on a mast placed above the plane and on a trapeze suspended below the plane."
The Decals
This decal set is for that Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. Kellners liked to tell the audience the Storch was the exact one that flew Mussolini on his escape.

Decals are nicely printed and appear in register. The aircraft was finished overall in either a "cream" or a "beige", with possibly a red nose.
My thanks goes to APC Decals for supplying this review set.
