Afterburner Decals 1/48 "Knights & Dragons" By Frank Anselmo

One of the newer releases from Afterburner Decals is sheet AD48-020, Knights & Dragons. The decal sheet contains the markings for 5 separate F-16CG Block 40 aircraft assigned to the 86th Fighter Wing at Ramstein AB Germany in 1994. One aircraft is presented twice with markings from two separate squadrons that same year. These are the aircraft:

Afterburner Decals provide sufficient stencils on this sheet to complete 2 aircraft.

The instruction sheets are comprised of 3 full color pages for the individual aircraft contained in this package, along with a full page Stencil Guide. There is also a section on the history of the 86th Fighter Wing as well as information on Operation Deny Flight. Some Modeling Notes are also included, along with Weapons Loadouts for the flights of February 28, 1994.

The decals themselves are printed in perfect register with a minimum of carrier film.
